Job Description
- XIELD is looking for a skilled Rust Developer with 3+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing software applications and systems using Rust. You will work closely with our tech team to build robust and scalable solutions. Responsibilities Design, develop, maintain and deploy blockchain solutions using Rust programming languages. Write and audit smart contracts, ensuring security, efficiency, and compliance with standards. Research,design, develop and test blockchain applications. Develop and test blockchain technologies Experience with ETH, BNC, Avalanche, Solana, and Polygon. Working closely with Business and software developers in designing and creating innovative solutions. Research, create and document existing and new blockchain structures and proposed solutions. Understanding of consensus mechanisms such as Proof of Work (PoW), Proof of Stake (PoS), Byzantine Fault Tolerance (BFT), and others. Ability to implement and optimize consensus algorithms in Rust. Analyzing the needs, resources, and problems of the company and providing necessary solutions. Working with open-source projects and codebases. Keeping up with current blockchain technology and latest developments in Rust. Requirements Bachelor's/Master Degree in Engineering, IT ,Computer Science or equivalent educational qualification. 3+ years strong proficiency in Rust programming language, with a deep understanding of its ecosystem. Experience with blockchain development frameworks and tools, such as Truffle, Remix, and Web3.js. Understanding of smart contract security, including common vulnerabilities and best practices for secure coding. Strong programming skills. Experience with rust and node.js must. Understanding other programming languages, like Python, C++, JavaScript. Strong back-end skills Proficiency in Algorithms & data structures Knowledge of current technology tools like microservice architectures and Docker containers.
