- Job description We are seeking an exceptionally skilled Cryptocurrency Analyst and Trader specializing in Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana for a remote, contractual role. This position requires a deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, with a focus on advanced technical and fundamental analysis to identify profitable trading opportunities in dynamic, often noisy market conditions. Key Responsibilities Conduct daily in-depth analysis of Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana to identify high-quality trades. Analyze and interpret on-chain metrics and data matrices such as liquidation maps, whale orders, and other market indicators. Utilize advanced charting techniques to identify order blocks, liquidity pools, fair value gaps (FVGs), and key support/resistance levels. Apply various technical patterns, including head-and-shoulders formations, wedge patterns, and volume breakouts, to forecast market movements. Implement Smart Money Concepts (SMC), ICT (Inner Circle Trader) techniques, and other advanced trading methodologies for high-accuracy trade entries and exits. Evaluate US market dynamics and their impact on cryptocurrency price movements. Monitor and analyze crypto-specific fundamentals, including investment trends, technology updates, and ecosystem developments for Ethereum and Solana. Regularly review global market conditions, including macroeconomic indicators, regulatory updates, and geopolitical events that could affect crypto markets. Execute trades efficiently with strong risk management strategies to ensure consistent portfolio growth. Collaborate with the team to develop and refine trading strategies, integrating new tools and methodologies for optimal results. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (Masters preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in cryptocurrency trading or a related field, with a proven track record of profitable trades in Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana. Exceptional knowledge of technical indicators, including RSI, MACD, Fibonacci retracements, Bollinger Bands, and Supertrend. Proficiency in analyzing blockchain data using platforms like CoinGlass, CryptoQuant, or equivalent tools. Strong grasp of order flow analysis, market structure, and volume trends. Expertise in using trading platforms (e.g., TradingView, Binance, or similar) and other analytical tools for real-time data analysis. Deep understanding of US market dynamics and their impact on cryptocurrency markets. Strong knowledge of liquidity, market-making strategies, and decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols. Ability to work under pressure and make data-driven decisions in high-volatility markets. Excellent communication skills for reporting market trends and trade rationales to the team.
