Job Description

Experience Required: Freshers Location: Baner, India Employment type: Internship, On-site Internship duration: 3 months (1 month unpaid + 2 months stipend) Responsibilities: Engage with community members across platforms. Onboard new members and assist with questions. Foster positive interactions and maintain community culture. Create and share engaging content (blogs, social posts, videos). Moderate discussions and ensure respectful behavior. Provide support to community members when needed. Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements. Collaborate with marketing and product teams. Organize and host community events (AMAs, webinars, etc.). Stay updated on web3/blockchain trends and community-building practices. Candidate Preferences: Strong interest in web3 and blockchain technology. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with community management tools (Discord, Telegram, Twitter). Creative mindset with content creation skills.,
