Position Overview: The university invites applications from distinguished professionals for faculty positions (Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Professor, and Professor of Practice) in the School of Engineering and Design. We are particularly seeking candidates with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) alongside specialization in Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, IoT, Machine Learning, Blockchain, Full-Stack Development, Data Analytics, Data Science, and Quantum Computing. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background with a minimum of eight years of experience in teaching and research at a reputable institution. Key Responsibilities: Teaching: Develop and deliver undergraduate and graduate courses in the designated field. Incorporate innovative teaching methods and technologies to enhance learning outcomes. Supervise student projects, theses, and dissertations. Research: Conduct high-quality research and publish in top-tier international journals. Secure external research funding and collaborate on projects with global partners. Service: Participate in departmental committees, meetings, and academic service activities. Mentor students and junior faculty, particularly those from diverse cultural backgrounds. Engage in community outreach and enhance the universitys international profile. International Collaboration: Establish and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and organizations worldwide. Participate in faculty exchange programs and international conferences. Contribute to the development of international curricula and joint degree programs. Note: The responsibilities outlined above are not exhaustive. Flexibility is required, and additional duties may be assigned based on institutional needs. Qualifications: Assistant Professor: Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Engineering (mandatory). Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering or a related field from a top-tier institution. Associate Professor: Masters degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade). Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering or a related field. Minimum 8 years of teaching and research experience at a recognized institution as an Assistant Professor. At least 7 research publications in reputed journals. Professor: Masters degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade). Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering or a related field. Minimum 10 years of full-time teaching and research experience at a recognized institution. At least 10 research publications in reputed journals. Professor of Practice: Minimum 15 years of industry experience relevant to the universitys curriculum. Preference for candidates with senior-level positions and significant contributions to their industry. A formal academic degree (such as a Ph.D.) is not mandatory, but the candidate must demonstrate substantial expertise and achievements aligning with the universitys mission. Required Skills: Innovative teaching methodologies and engaging presentation skills. Strong communication and research capabilities. Effective networking and people engagement.
