- Job Description We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Academic Coordinator with expertise in coding, robotics, and AI to lead and manage our educational programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the curriculum, guiding and training educators, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Key ResponsibilitiesCurriculum Development: Design comprehensive and engaging curriculums for grades 1 to 10 in coding, robotics, and AI. Stay updated with the latest trends in technology and education to integrate innovative teaching methods. Teacher Training and Management: Train and mentor a team of AI and Robotics teachers to ensure high-quality delivery of the syllabus. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Organize workshops to enhance the technical and teaching skills of educators. Daily Operations: Monitor day-to-day progress and updates from robotics and AI teachers. Maintain effective communication and coordination within the team. Schedule and conduct feedback calls with teachers, students, and parents to ensure satisfaction. Technical Expertise: Should have proficiency in coding languages (e.g., Python, Java, Scratch, etc.) and an understanding of AI concepts. Should have prior experience in teaching coding and robotics. Feedback and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of student progress, teacher performance, and curriculum updates. Regularly report progress and challenges to management. Qualifications and Skills Educational Background: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in teaching coding and robotics. Strong understanding of AI concepts and hands-on programming skills. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new challenges.
