- Job Summary: We are looking for a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Manager to lead the design, programming, and implementation of advanced robotic automation solutions in food processing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Delta robots, cobots, and industrial automation architecture to drive efficiency, innovation, and scalability in manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities: Automation Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement robotic automation strategies to enhance operational efficiency in food production. Robot Programming & Deployment: Lead the programming, integration, and optimization of Delta robots and cobots (e.g., ABB, Fanuc, KUKA, UR, Yaskawa) for automation solutions. Automation Architecture & System Development: Design and oversee the end-to-end automation architecture, ensuring seamless integration with PLCs, SCADA, MES, and IoT systems. Process Optimization & Innovation: Identify opportunities for workflow automation, AI-driven robotics, and intelligent process control to improve productivity and quality. Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Oversee the diagnosis, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of robotic automation systems. Team Leadership & Training: Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers, providing training on robot programming, system integration, and safety protocols. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all automation solutions comply with food safety regulations, industry standards, and hygienic design principles. Collaboration & Project Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholdersto deliver automation projects within timeline and budget. Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Delta robot and cobot programming for industrial automation. Industry Expertise: Proven track record in food processing automation and a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges. Technical Skills: Proficiency in robot programming languages (e.g., RAPID, KRL, TP, Python for automation). Strong knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi). Expertise in SCADA, HMI, and industrial networking protocols (EtherCAT, Profinet, Modbus, OPC UA). Familiarity with vision systems, AI-driven robotics, and IoT-enabled automation. Experience with simulation and digital twin technologies for robotic process validation. Leadership & Project Management: Ability to lead teams, manage projects, and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments. Education: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with machine learning, AI-based automation, and predictive maintenance. Exposure to food-grade robotics and sanitary automation design.
