Robotics Engineer (Inverse Kinematics) @ Kpr sugar apperals

Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Develop and implement inverse kinematics (IK) algorithms for robotic arms and humanoid robots. Tune PID controllers for precise motor control and trajectory optimization. Work with kinematics and dynamics simulations to validate motion planning strategies. Optimize real-time control loops for robotic actuators (servo motors, stepper motors, and BLDCs). Write efficient C++ and Python code for real-time robotic applications. Implement ROS (Robot Operating System) modules for motion control and sensor integration. Perform system identification and motor characterization to improve control accuracy. Collaborate with mechanical engineers for actuator selection and feedback system design. Develop safety measures to prevent overshoot, oscillations, and instability in motion control. Debug, test, and optimize robotic systems in real-world scenarios.
