- Job Title: Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - Industrial AI & Robotics Startup Location: Navsari, Gujarat (Remote/Hybrid options available)(*As of Now) About Us: We are an innovative startup at the forefront of industrial AI and robotics. Our mission is to revolutionize manufacturing processes with cutting-edge robotic solutions and advanced AI models. We are looking for a passionate and visionary Co-Founder and CTO to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI models and robotic systems. Oversee the end-to-end architecture of our technology stack, ensuring integration and scalability. Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers and developers. Drive the technological vision and strategy of the company. Collaborate with other co-founders to align technology initiatives with business goals. Ensure project timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met according to the MoU. Champion best practices in software development, cybersecurity, and cloud computing. Engage with stakeholders, including investors, to communicate technical strategies and product roadmaps. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Skills and Qualifications: Deep expertise in AI, machine learning, and robotics engineering. Proficiency in software development languages such as Python, C++, and frameworks like TensorFlow or ROS. Strong knowledge of system architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and cybersecurity. Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams. Strategic thinking with an understanding of market trends and customer needs. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Adaptability to changing technology and business environments. Equity and Investment Conditions: Equity will be granted upon successful completion of the current product development phase. Alternatively, immediate equity can be obtained through investment in the company. An MoU will be established at the start of the work, detailing terms, conditions, roles, and responsibilities for both parties.
