Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Executive in the Customer Support Department, located in Ahmedabad. The Junior Executive will be responsible for managing customer support activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing online support, delivering exceptional customer service, and offering technical support. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction.
