Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:- Bachelor degree/Diploma with specialization in instrumentation or electronics & communication and can present a working experience of at least 2-4 year for Degree/Diploma holder Candidate has to worked in continues process industries with shift duties. Good communication and interpersonal skills; Good command of English. Knowledge and experience in the plastic industry is an advantage. Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 AND 14001:2015 guidelines is a plus. Knowledge of PLC AND SCADA Preferred for OMRON, Control Tech, SIMENS Knowledge of AI tool/IOT, mobile application add and advantage Strong interpersonal skills, a team player and able to work with all levels of management and multinational staff. Key Responsibilities:- Hands on Experience on PLC With Programming, reading, and editing online, Programming uploading and downloading as per requirement. AC & DC Drive, Servo motor & Application, PLC modules, various Transmitters, Transducer & data communication system with close loop control for Temp controller & thermocouple. Experience is use micro controller/PLC with integration for smart sensor and IOT solutions Executing Preventive maintenance for the equipment instrumentation to achieve highest efficiency of the activities for reliable and safe operation. Provide technical skill during troubleshooting and corrective action of instrument breakdown or failures to find the root cause and best solution to restore the functionality back to normal in regular shift duty. Propose new innovative control and instrumentation solution by conventional and AI based control logic. Technical documentation skills using MS Word/Excel/Power Point Analytical Thinker with interpersonal skills Develop best practice/standard operating procedures, routines and innovative solution to improve production rates and quality output. Basic Knowledge about Lean Tool like 5s,KANBAN,RCCA,KAIZEN,SMED Employee must follow NETAFIM standard workplace safety protocol.,
