- Job Title: Robotics Facilitator Location: Thanabhawan, Dist. Shamli (UP) Employment Type: Full-time (on-site) We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Robotics Facilitator to join our team and help shape the future of STEAM education. If you are passionate about technology, education, and inspiring young minds, wed love to have you on board! Job Description: As a Robotics Facilitator, you will be responsible for teaching students about Robotics, programming, Science and engineering principles. You will design and deliver hands-on lessons, workshops, and activities that foster creativity, critical thinking, and teamwork. Responsibilities: Teach robotics concepts, programming, and engineering principles to students at various levels (elementary to high school). Develop and deliver engaging, hands-on lessons and projects. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and problem-solving. Customize curriculum and lesson plans to meet the needs of different student groups. Work with other educators and staff to plan, organize, and execute robotics competitions, events, and after-school programs. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in robotics, programming, and education technology. Requirements: Proven experience in teaching or working with students, preferably in a robotics or STEM-related field. Strong knowledge of robotics, programming (e.g., Python, C++, Scratch), and engineering concepts. Experience with various robotics kits (e.g., LEGO Mindstorms, Arduino, VEX Robotics, or similar). Passion for working with students and a commitment to creating an engaging learning environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A degree in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science, Education, or a related field (preferred). Prior experience with creating curriculum or lesson plans is a plus. Benefits: Competitive salary.
