Roles & Responsibilities:-

We are looking for an experienced Zoho CRM Executive to support the work on projects and activities aimed
at developing marketing strategies and campaigns with the overall goal of maximizing company profit.
Capture crucial information along the sales funnel ensure that the CRM strategy works
well for every aspect of the business
Come up with creative ideas for the changes we can make in CRM structure to make it more user friendly.
Custodian of complete records of Customers, Segments, Markets CRM Tool
Driving CRM Initiatives in coordination with various departments
Customer Research & Customer Segmentation
Driving Digital Marketing Campaigns with Digital Marketing Team
Understanding Customer preferences and supporting S&M team with various analytics & Reports
Maintaining customer database through CRM Software System
Working with top management for various initiatives related CRM
Provide market analytics, Insights and recommend various initiatives for target customers
Driving initiatives by understanding the application of various products in various segments
Market Research
Build up a healthy and strong relationship for continued business and generate the prospects open for future
business.
Experience in Salesforce or Zoho CRM will be an added advantage
