- Trainer Learning & Development (Crypto & MLM Expertise Preferred) Position: Trainer Learning & Development Location: Pan India (Travel Required) + Virtual (Zoom Sessions) Experience: Minimum 5 years in Training & Development Industry Preference: Crypto, MLM, Financial Education About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Trainer to join our Learning & Development team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for delivering engaging training sessions, be open to traveling PAN India, and conduct virtual Zoom sessions as needed. Candidates with crypto knowledge and experience in (Multi-Level Marketing) will be given preference. Key Responsibilities: Conduct interactive training sessions (both online & offline) for employees, partners, and clients. Develop learning materials and structure training programs as per business needs. Train teams on crypto fundamentals, blockchain technology, and financial literacy. Provide sales & leadership training, especially for teams from multi-level marketing backgrounds. Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Stay updated with industry trends and new developments in crypto strategies. Requirements: Proven experience in training, coaching, or public speaking. Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and financial education. Experience in the MLM industry is highly preferred. Ability to engage & motivate learners in both physical and virtual settings. Willingness to travel PAN India for training sessions. Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
