- Job Title Delivery Lead - Blockchain Role Summary & Role Description We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Delivery Lead to oversee and ensure the successful delivery of Digital projects within our organization. The Delivery Lead will play a crucial role in managing cross-functional teams, coordinating project activities, and ensuring that deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a keen focus on client satisfaction. Project Management : Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client requirements. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor project teams, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure high productivity and morale. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively and efficiently, balancing workload and optimizing team performance. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address and minimize their impact. Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of deliverables, ensuring that they meet or exceed predefined standards and client expectations. Reporting: Provide regular updates on project status, progress, and issues to senior management and stakeholders. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Core/Must Have Skills Minimum of 5 years of experience as delivery lead or a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects. Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in project management tools and software Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and make informed decisions. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges Exposure to DLT technologies like Ethereum. Technology leadership: Provide technical leadership to the team. Good To Have Skills In-depth understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. Familiarity with industry-specific standards and practices is a plus.
