Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tech Lead - AI and Full Stack at SimplyFI Innovations PTE Ltd in Bengaluru. The Tech Lead will be responsible for leading AI and Full Stack development projects, implementing AI technologies, and creating scalable solutions for global trade deals. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, architecting solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of products. Qualifications Proficiency in AI technologies, Full Stack development, and Blockchain Experience in leading and managing development projects Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Knowledge of scalability and high-availability architectures Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field Experience with IoT technologies and data analytics is a plus Key Responsibilities (KRA) Lead end-to-end development of AI-driven applications and scalable full-stack solutions. Architect and implement high-availability and scalable systems to support trade finance and blockchain workflows. Integrate blockchain technologies into product offerings to enhance security and transparency. Ensure the successful delivery of projects through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Mentor and guide team members to achieve technical excellence and meet project goals. Stay updated with advancements in AI, blockchain, and IoT to incorporate innovative solutions. Conduct code reviews, optimize system performance, and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.
