- Role Overview : The Chief Transformation Officer at PGP Glass Pvt Ltd will lead and oversee the companys transformation initiatives, focusing on two key areas: Manufacturing Excellence and Digital Transformation. In this strategic leadership role, S/he will drive the integration of cutting-edge technologies and data-driven insights across all business functions, ensuring continuous improvement in production processes and operational efficiency. S/he will work to optimize manufacturing capabilities, enhance product quality, and implement best practices that increase productivity and reduce costs. Additionally, the role will champion the Digital Transformation of core business processes, leveraging IT solutions, automation, and analytics to streamline operations, improve customer experiences, and enable data-based decision-making. This transformation leader will also play a pivotal role in fostering cross-functional collaboration, managing change initiatives, and positioning PGP Glass as an innovative and agile leader in the glass packaging industry. Through strategic execution and continuous innovation, the transformation leader will help ensure PGP Glasss long-term success and growth in a competitive global market. S/he will also closely partner with leading consulting firms to spearhead and execute company - wide strategic transformational initiatives driving impactful change and innovation across the organization. Title Chief Transformation Officer Reporting MD & CEO Location Mumbai / Baroda Designation Senior Vice President - Transformation Department Business Transformation Domain Transformation Roles reporting to this position AVP Manufacturing Excellence & Global CDIO Team Size 40 to 45 Glimpse of JD: Lead Manufacturing Excellence Champion manufacturing process optimization through lean practices, automation, and cutting-edge technologies to improve operational efficiency, quality, and productivity. Oversee the integration of sustainable manufacturing practices to reduce waste, minimize energy consumption, and optimize resource utilization across the production lifecycle. Lead initiatives to maintain high standards of product quality and consistency by implementing process improvements, quality control systems, and advanced manufacturing technologies. Lead Digital Transformation Initiatives Drive the adoption of advanced technologies such as automation, IoT, AI, and data analytics to transform business operations, enhance decision-making, and improve customer experiences. Spearhead OT & IT systems modernization, including cloud solutions, enterprise resource planning (ERP), and business intelligence tools, ensuring the company remains competitive and agile in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. Foster a data-driven culture within the organization, ensuring all departments leverage digital tools to optimize performance, streamline processes, and enhance collaboration. Process Transformation Successful implementation of lean, Six Sigma, and process optimization initiatives. Measurable improvement in operational efficiency, reduced downtime, and enhanced throughput. IT Transformation Integration of modern IT infrastructure, with a focus on scalability, security, and efficiency. Successful implementation of digital tools, data analytics, and automation systems. Cost Transformation Achieving targeted cost reductions in manufacturing and IT operations through strategic investments in technology and process optimization. Improved return on investment (ROI) from transformation initiatives. Sales Transformation Adoption of new sales technologies and processes that increase revenue and improve customer retention. Enhanced collaboration between sales & other business functions to meet customer demands effectively. Organizational Transformation Drive an organizational culture that embraces innovation, collaboration, and adaptability, ensuring the workforce is aligned with the companys strategic goals and equipped to respond to industry changes quickly and effectively. Spearhead HR transformation by implementing modern HR technologies, enhancing HR Ops, talent development processes, and fostering a performance-driven culture to attract, retain, and nurture the skills needed,
