Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• To generate the call Id for the call logged by the customer.

• Give call no. to customer.

• Assign call to engineer of required skill.

• Maintain customer SLA

• Update engineers status to customer if there is a delay.

• To update call details, if any, received from engineer after he reaches the site.

• If the engineer assigned is not able to handle the call then arrange additional support. (technical spare man power standby)

• Schedule Backup Orientation for their respective customer

• Align Backup Engineer as and when required by Service Delivery Manager/Project Manager/Site Team lead.

• Schedule Preventive Maintenance as per contract calendar or as per customer demand or as per engineers observation or as per advice of Service Delivery Manager.

• Update calls status.

• To get part replacement through Logistics. (Ensure Fault Tag is duly filled by the field engineer).

• Coordinate with engineers when part has been arranged.

• Arrange for return of defective part.

• Problem Escalation to Technical team if necessary and tracking till the closure.

• Attendance control of engineers.

• Sign Off of Daily Checklist from CCC Managers

• Publish daily reports as per the agreed frequency with customer and internally
