We are looking for multiple positions for multiple hospitality brands across Delhi NCR. Few of them are mentioned below:-


1) Team Leader/Captain- 1

2) Bartender : 1POSITION DESCRIPTIONDEPARTMENT: F & B Service
POSITION PURPOSE
Under the direction of the Restaurant Manager or Senior, delivers exceptional customer-focused service by taking orders and serving food and beverages to guests at tables in a professional, efficient and courteous manner. Prepare dining room, including all necessary mis-en-place for service.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures.
  • Communicate to superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information.
  • Establish and maintain effective employee working relationships.
  • Attend and participate in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled.
  • Attend and participate in training sessions as scheduled.
  • Prepare for service by ensuring:
    • Grooming is impeccable and in accordance with company standards
    • Outlet equipment is clean, sorted and stored
    • Glassware and flatware is polished
    • Side stations are prepared with all requisite supplies
    • Cutlery is placed for buffet and table service
    • Flowers and table decorations are fresh and comply with agreed standards.
    • Tables are set
    • Reservations are read and familiarized
    • Music and lighting is on
    • Outlet is ready for service and guest comfort
  • Carry out effective food and beverage service by ensuring:
    • Guests are greeted and escorted and seated at their tables
    • Menus are presented to guests and questions answer about menu items, making recommendations upon request.
    • Guests are explained how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods when requested.
    • Daily specials are explained and up sold
    • Food orders are taken quickly and processed accurately
    • Payment methods are handled accurately
    • Working areas are cleaned and re-set quickly.
    • Used ashtrays are regularly replaced / cleaned
    • Beverages are up sold and regularly replenished, abiding by responsible alcohol service regulations
    • Promoting and selling cocktails to guests
    • Coffee and tea is served hot and in accordance with standard
  • Remove dirty dishes and glasses from tables or counters and take them to kitchen for cleaning.
  • Clean tables and ensure they are cleaned as soon as it is apparent that customers have finished their food or drink with an acceptable balance between speed, yet allowing customers to finish their meal without feeling rushed.
  • Food and beverage stock is stored as per restaurant procedures.
  • Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.



JOB TITLE: Bartender

SUPERVISORS DESIGNATION: RM

JOB PURPOSE: To provide excellent service to patrons so that their experience will be worth remembering.

SCOPE :

Direct Reports To Restaurant Manager

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons
  • Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks
  • Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
  • Plan and present bar menu
  • Check customers identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations

QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: BHM

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:

  • Customer Handling Skills
  • Good communication Skills
