    Overview The Inside Sales Manager for Cyber Security Programs plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding market share within the cyber security sector. This position is essential in understanding customer needs, articulating the value of cyber security solutions, and ensuring the effective conversion of leads into satisfied customers. The Inside Sales Manager will oversee a dedicated sales team, providing guidance and support, while also developing strategies that align with our organizational objectives in the ever-evolving cyber security landscape. As the first point of contact for prospects, the Inside Sales Manager must cultivate relationships, leveraging their industry knowledge to effectively communicate the importance and necessity of robust cyber security measures to potential clients. This role not only emphasizes sales achievements but also prioritizes customer satisfaction and lasting partnerships. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the inside sales team focused on cyber security programs. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. Identify and prioritize potential customers in various market segments. Implement effective sales techniques to convert leads into opportunities. Foster strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Monitor industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Utilize CRM tools to track sales metrics and forecast performance. Prepare and present sales reports to executive management. Facilitate a collaborative environment within the sales team. Maintain product knowledge on cyber security solutions and competitors. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Cyber Security, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the technology or cyber security sectors. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong understanding of cyber security products and services. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in managing and mentoring sales teams. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot. Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals. Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Self-motivated and driven by results. Experience in preparing sales forecasts and budgets. Continuous learner with a thirst for professional development in cyber security.
