The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Laravel and PHP, along with a proven ability to lead backend development projects and mentor a team. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable backend systems using Laravel and PHP. Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless, high-quality applications. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the backend development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Optimize server-side applications for performance, scalability, and security. Manage the integration of APIs, third-party tools, and services. Troubleshoot, debug and resolve backend-related technical issues efficiently. Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in backend development to drive innovation within the team. Required Skills and Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in backend development with strong expertise in Laravel and PHP. Proficient in designing and managing databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL). Solid understanding of RESTful API development and integration. Experience with server management, deployment, and DevOps practices. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for seamless backend-front-end integration. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset. Experience in leading or managing a team of developers. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker. Hands-on experience with testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines. Understanding of Agile methodologies.,
