- We are seeking an experienced and innovative AI Specialist to spearhead our efforts in developing cutting-edge AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, and vector databases, with hands-on experience in generative AI technologies. Job Location Gurugram / Noida Job Responsibilities Experience in utilizing generative AI models (e.g., GPT, Gemini, Claude) to solve business challenges and deliver innovative solutions. Good understanding of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Open search) for semantic search, embeddings management, and AI applications requiring high-performance similarity matching. Lead and mentor a team of developers, data scientists, and AI researchers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop and maintain REST APIs for seamless integration of AI solutions with enterprise systems. Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, queries, and database performance for AI-related applications. Drive innovation by exploring new advancements in Generative AI and vector database technology, recommending best practices, and defining AI project roadmaps. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and domain experts, to align AI solutions with organizational goals. Mentoring junior team members to come up the learning curve, as required Essential Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's or masters degree in computer science, Engineering or a related field. Minimum 6 years of experience in Python for AI/ML development, including libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face. Minimum 1 year of experience with Generative AI models and frameworks (e.g., GPT, Gemini, Claude). Experience with REST APIs using Api framework, including design, implementation, and integration. Hands-on experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate etc.) and their use in Generative AI applications. Strong understanding of foundational AI/ML concepts and techniques. Knowledge of ethical AI practices and compliance with data privacy regulations. Proven experience working on SaaS platforms, with a deep understanding of cloud-based architecture and services. Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience driving Agile transformations. Desirable Qualifications and Skills Experience in the Insurtech or Fintech domain.
