We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Placement Cell Officer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities: Facilitate job placements for students by liaising with companies and organizations Develop and maintain relationships with employers to understand their hiring needs Coordinate career fairs, workshops, and networking events Provide career counseling and guidance to students regarding job search strategies, resume writing, and interview preparation Keep track of placement statistics and report on placement activities Assist students in securing internships and summer placements Stay updated on industry trends and job market demands to better support students" career goals Working as a HR: Collaborate with internal HR teams to align student placements with organizational objectives, ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and streamline recruitment processes.
