Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Embedded Hardware Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing embedded hardware systems, ensuring high performance and reliability. The role requires expertise in Schematics design, PCB layout, microcontrollers, and power management. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop electronic systems for medical and robotic applications. Create schematics, select components, and develop PCB layouts using industry-standard tools. Conduct circuit simulations and analyze signal integrity, power distribution, and EMI/EMC compliance. Collaborate with firmware, software and mechanical engineering teams to optimize system integration and performance. Prototype, test, and validate hardware designs. Troubleshoot hardware issues and perform design improvements based on testing feedback. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and safety guidelines. Work closely with suppliers, manufacturing teams, and cross-functional engineering teams to drive product development. Required Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field. 3+ years of experience in embedded hardware design and development. Strong knowledge of microcontrollers, FPGAs, and embedded processors. Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB design tools such as Altium Designer, KiCad, or OrCAD. Experience with high-speed signal design, power management circuits, and sensor integration. Familiarity with embedded communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, USB, Ethernet etc.). Hands-on experience with testing equipment like oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and spectrum analyzers. Understanding of EMI/EMC design considerations and compliance testing. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in medical devices, robotics, or any safety critical industry for hardware design. Familiarity with safety standards (IEC 60601, ISO 13485, etc.). Experience with hardware security and encryption techniques.,
