Required 4+years of experience in field sales Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Market Research: Identify potential clients and business opportunities in the EdTech space (educational institutions, schools, colleges etc). Conduct market research to stay updated on the latest trends in EdTech and competitor analysis. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and business goals. Build a robust sales pipeline by reaching out to prospects, making cold calls, and visiting schools, colleges and educational departments in Govt. Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Prepare and present tailored presentations, product demos, and proposals to potential clients. Negotiate terms and pricing to close deals effectively while ensuring profitability for the business. Collaboration with Product & Marketing Teams: Work closely with the product development and marketing teams to ensure offerings are aligned with customer needs and market demands. Provide feedback to improve existing products/services based on client input and industry trends. Team Leadership & Training (if applicable): Lead and mentor junior team members in sales processes and client management. Provide training to enhance the teams performance.
