Company Description Replicant Systems Private Limited is an original design manufacturing (ODM) company that provides end-to-end electronic product design and manufacturing support to partners and OEMs. The companys vision is to build an integrated platform of highly customised IoT devices for a range of commercial and industrial applications. Promoted by a well-known business family and established in 2023, based in Hyderabad, Telangana. Role Description Seeking a dynamic and experienced IoT - Product Manager to join the team and lead the development and launch of products. Candidates need to have a strong technical background in IoT products. Responsibilities Develop and execute product strategy to meet business objectives. Lead product design, development, and testing efforts. Recruit and manage a cross-functional team of hardware, firmware and software engineers. Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and drive innovation. Define and monitor tasks and deliverables to ensure project milestones are met. Communicate with clients, vendors, and third parties as a part of this role. Qualifications B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electronics & Communications Engineering (ECE) Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in hardware or IoT product development. Prior experience in startups and/or within a dynamic work environment is strongly preferred. Candidate MUST have experience in bringing IoT products to market, and overseeing multiple production cycles. Will be a competitive package based on experience and industry benchmarking of similar roles.,
