Job Description

    Overview The Regional Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving the sales strategy and revenue growth for the IOT, Industrial Automation, and Robotics segment within the designated region. This position involves leading a high-performance sales team, establishing strong customer relationships, and devising innovative sales tactics to capitalize on market opportunities. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support Collaborate with the marketing team to drive lead generation and brand visibility Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial automation and robotics sector Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients Analyze market trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions Ensure effective utilization of CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting Deliver regular sales performance reports to the senior management team Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, terms, and agreements Participate in industry events and conferences to promote company products and services Provide training and support to the sales team on product knowledge and sales techniques Manage the sales budget and allocate resources effectively Implement best practices for sales operations and customer retention Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Proven experience of 8+ years in sales management within the IOT, Industrial Automation, or Robotics industry Demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets Strong understanding of industrial automation technologies and market dynamics Excellent leadership and team management skills Ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance analytics Strategic planning and forecasting capabilities Proven negotiation and contract management skills Ability to travel frequently within the designated region Relevant industry certifications or professional qualifications are a plus Track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships Strong business acumen and market intelligence Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment Skills: leadership,sales management,strategic planning,negotiation,customer relationship management,automation,robotics,iot,sales,
