Job Description
- Overview: We are seeking an experienced IoT Hardware Specialist with a solid background in developing, designing, and deploying IoT hardware systems. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in the field and be adept at working with a range of embedded systems, sensors, and communication technologies to create innovative IoT solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement hardware systems for IoT devices. Work with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware with software and cloud platforms. Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting of IoT hardware components and sensors. Collaborate in the selection and procurement of hardware components. Optimize hardware systems for performance, power efficiency, and scalability. Ensure adherence to industry standards and compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide technical expertise in communication protocols like Bluetooth, LoRa, Wi-Fi, and 4G/5G. Assist in the development of documentation and support materials for hardware deployments. Stay updated with the latest advancements in IoT hardware technologies. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience of 6+ years in IoT hardware design and development. Hands-on experience with microcontrollers, sensors, and communication modules. Expertise in PCB design and prototyping. Strong understanding of wireless communication protocols (e.g., BLE, NB-IoT, Wi-Fi). Proficiency in hardware debugging, testing, and calibration tools. Knowledge of embedded software development and firmware programming is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with cloud-based IoT platforms and ecosystems. Experience with hardware security and data encryption. Prior work in industrial IoT (IIoT) and smart cities projects.,
