- Joining Time: Immediate Location: Haridwar (on-site) Type: Full-Time Employment Job Description: This is a hybrid role for a New Business Developer at UMA ROBOTIC TECHNOLOGY. The role will be located in Haridwar with the possibility of some remote work. The New Business Developer will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, fostering business relationships, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential customers through networking, cold email, cold calling, and market research. Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of opportunities. Establish and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential customers. Understand customer needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions accordingly. Customize sales pitches to match the specific needs of individual clients. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase key features and benefits. Effectively communicate the value proposition of products or services. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Negotiate terms and pricing with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Handle objections and overcome challenges to secure deals. Close sales and achieve sales targets within designated territories or markets. Skills Requirements: Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
