- Project Coordinator Cybersecurity Project Coordinator Cybersecurity Project Coordinator Location: On Site (Hyderabad) Experience: 3+ years in Project Coordination/Management (Cybersecurity Preferred) Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring that cybersecurity projects are executed efficiently, delivered on time, and that communication flows seamlessly between our technical team and clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in cybersecurity, excellent organizational skills, and expertise in client relations Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination: o Manage and coordinate cybersecurity projects from initiation to delivery. o Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure timely delivery. o Ensure that client expectations are clearly defined and conveyed to the technical team. o Act as a barrier between pentesting teams and clients, ensuring smooth execution of security assessments. Client Communication: o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status. o Facilitate client meetings to discuss project requirements, expectations, and deliverables. o Continuously engage with clients to understand if additional updates or modifications are needed. o Ensure timely submission of deliverables and maintain strong client relationships Team Collaboration & Execution: o Work closely with penetration testing teams, cybersecurity analysts, and project managers to ensure project requirements are met. 2 | P a g e Cybersecurity Project Coordinator Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure smooth project execution. Relay client feedback, concerns, and additional requirements to the technical team. o Ensure all project documentation is maintained accurately and up to date. Risk Management: o Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables. o Proactively develop mitigation strategies to address identified risks. o Ensure that compliance and security best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle. Reporting & Documentation o Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and stakeholders. o Analyze project performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. o Document and maintain all client interactions, feedback, and project updates. Preferred Qualifications: Education: o Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: o Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the cybersecurity field. o Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, tools, and technologies. Skills: o Strong organizational and multitasking skills. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Proficient in project management software and tools. o Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and clients. o Strong understanding of penetration testing, security assessments, and client expectation management.
