Job Description
- Ethical Hacker duties and responsibilities Ethical Hackers have a long list of responsibilities that must be attended to to minimize the risk of network security breaches. These duties may include: Holding meetings to discuss the current state of a security system Researching the companys network structure and locating possible weak points Conducting a series of penetration tests on the company system Identifying breach points and other flaws in the security system Assessing and rating a systems risk factor Suggesting specific improvements to the system Creating reports on penetration test results Re-running penetration tests once security improvements have been made. Cyber Security Analyst A cybersecurity analyst protects an organization's computer systems and networks from cyber-attacks. They monitor networks for security breaches, identify potential threats, and develop strategies to protect the organization's data and systems.
