- Greetings from Teknikoz Experience : 8+ Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ETL Data Services Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to support our data warehousing and business intelligence needs. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: 1. ETL Development and Implementation Design, develop, and implement efficient ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various source systems into the data warehouse. Ensure ETL processes are optimized for performance and scalability. 2. Data Integration Integrate data from multiple sources, including databases, flat files, APIs, and other data streams. Develop and maintain data integration workflows to ensure seamless data flow. 3. Data Quality and Validation Implement data validation and cleansing procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Monitor data quality and implement measures to address data inconsistencies and errors. 4. Database Management Design and maintain data models and database schemas to support data warehousing and reporting requirements. Optimize database performance through indexing, partitioning, and other techniques. 5. Collaboration and Communication Work closely with business analysts, data architects, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions. Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. 6. Documentation and Reporting Document ETL processes, data mappings, and data flow diagrams. Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into data operations and performance. 7. Performance Tuning Continuously monitor and tune ETL processes to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues related to ETL jobs and database queries. 8. Compliance and Security Ensure ETL processes comply with data governance and security policies. Implement data masking and encryption techniques as needed to protect sensitive information. Qualifications: 1. Education - Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Masters degree preferred 2. Experience - Minimum of [X] years of experience in ETL development and data integration. - Proven experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS, DataStage) and databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL). 3. Technical Skills - Strong proficiency in SQL and database management. - Experience with data modeling and schema design. - Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl) for data manipulation and automation. - Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus. 4. Soft Skills - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Certifications - Relevant certifications (e.g., Informatica Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer) are a plus.,
