Job Description
- AI Developer 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development or AI API integration is mandatory. Skills: Hands-on experience with AI APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, DeepSeek, Grok) preferred. Experience in building AI Agents for automation use cases like marketing, customer support, or data insights. Experience in working with AI APIs for text generation, summarization, and chatbot development. Familiarity with Python and basic AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain). Understanding how to structure prompts for better AI responses. Ability to work with structured and unstructured data for AI processing. Collaboration with senior developers and project managers to integrate AI features into software. Knowledge: Understanding of how AI models work and their applications. Awareness of how AI can optimize marketing, customer support, and automation tasks. Knowledge of handling data securely when using AI. Open to learning about deploying custom AI models in the long run. Desired Qualities: Excited about AI and eager to experiment with new tools. Takes initiative and adjusts to new technologies. Excellent Team Player. Strong Communicator. Eager to gain practical experience in AI and build a career in this field. Interested in using AI to solve real business problems and help clients.
