Job Title: Blockchain Developer (DeFi Specialist) Experience: (1-2 Years) Location: On-site (buldhana, maharashtra) Job Description: we are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Blockchain Developer specializing in Decentralized Finance (DeFi) projects. As a key team member, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining blockchain-based solutions that align with cutting-edge industry standards in the DeFi space. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop decentralized applications (DApps) and smart contracts tailored for DeFi projects. Architect blockchain protocols, tokens, and decentralized financial products. Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust blockchain applications. Integrate blockchain applications with front-end and back-end systems. Test and deploy secure and efficient smart contracts using Solidity or other blockchain-specific programming languages. Research and apply the latest advancements in blockchain technologies to improve and enhance DeFi offerings. Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain blockchain applications to ensure peak performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and secure DeFi solutions.Requirements: Experience: 1-2 years in blockchain development with a strong focus on DeFi projects. Technical Skills: Proficiency in smart contract development using Solidity or similar languages. Strong understanding of blockchain platforms like Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain (BSC), or Polygon. Experience with DeFi protocols (e.g., Uniswap, Aave, MakerDAO). Knowledge of Layer 2 scaling solutions and interoperability protocols. Familiarity with cryptographic concepts, consensus algorithms, and token standards like ERC-20, ERC-721, and ERC-1155. Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Rust. Experience with tools like Truffle, Hardhat, Remix, and blockchain APIs. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Adaptability to emerging technologies and fast-paced environments. Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience working on DeFi protocols or similar blockchain- based financial products. Contributions to open-source blockchain projects or DeFi platforms. Experience with integration of Web3 libraries and frameworks.,
