Job Description:
- At least 2-3 years experience as an Agile Coach
- 8+ years of progressive experience in technology delivery Java/.Net/Seibel/Mainframes, with exposure to SDLC (Waterfall, Agile) and hands-on experience on working in Agile teams.
- Experience in Scrum, Kanban
- Act as a Scrum coach for 1 / more than 1 Agile teams and Facilitate learning and development through individual and team coaching.
- Should be well versed with Agile principles and practices.
- Able to move the maturity of the team by enabling teams to be more collaborative and cohesive.
- Open to change and a key player in introducing mindset change in the teams and individuals.
Should be a constant motivator and prohibit teams to go into comfort zone
