You will be responsible for troubleshooting, monitoring, and resolving issues related to IOT services to maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction. Your typical day will be network auditing, change management and change implementation, SLA management, L1 support, advanced troubleshooting Responsible for the day-to-day operation and support of IOT services. Monitor and troubleshoot IOT incidents to identify the root cause and ensure swift and effective resolution. Leverage Kubernetes for networking and container orchestration, ensuring smooth integration and automation with network infrastructure. Possess a solid understanding of TLS and UDP protocols and their application in a networking environment. Familiarity with the LwM2M/MQTT protocol is a plus, enabling the integration of IoT devices within the network. Demonstrate an understanding of cloud basics, including cloud networking and the ability to automate network-related tasks in a cloud environment. Perform regular technical analysis to ensure the optimization, readiness, and quality of IOT domain. Collaborate with internal teams, and vendors to resolve escalated technical issues and implement corrective actions. Conduct testing and verification of any new configurations to ensure they meet service requirements. Generate reports, analyse service and operational KPIs, and contribute to the improvement of processes and procedures. Exhibit strong logging and troubleshooting skills, promptly identifying, and resolving network issues using automation tools and scripting techniques. Implementation of changes. Handle communications with different domain or engineering and operation team. Take ownership of network-related problems, ensuring timely resolution and providing detailed incident reports. Requirements REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: ESSENTIAL DESIRABLE Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field. X 2+ years of experience in mobile core network operations. X Deep understanding or experience of IOT application in telecom X Technical knowledge of 2G, 3G, LTE, VoLTE network, including core network elements and architecture. X Solid knowledge of networking principles, protocols, and technologies. X Experience with monitoring tools, troubleshooting techniques, and performance analysis. X Proficient in using industry-standard tools for analysing KPIs and metrics. X Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results. X Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. X Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. X Strong trace or log analysis and troubleshooting.
