Job Description

Experience 1 to 4 Yr Qualification Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical engineering, Mechatronics Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical engineering, Mechatronics or relevant fields with relevant experience in energy storage technology. Experience and technology related to EV batteries (cells, modules and packs) 1.Fluent in English (business accessibility); 2.Mastery of other languages (German, Chinese, Polish, French) is preferred 3.Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MS-Office and other software Job Roll Determine proposal feasibility by checking customer RFQs. o Provide constructive technical solutions and pricing support in the concept phase in the field of EV battery assembly equipment. Support in presenting and explaining proposals to customers. Take full responsibility for assigned proposals, to lead and manage deliver high quality proposals in a timely manner that reflect agreed strategies and are compliant with relevant procedures. Responsible for all aspects including estimate/costing, price, technical and commercial submission documents, contractual reviews, approvals. Interpret customer RFQs, organize production and assembly processes, and program layout drawing design. o Review estimate inputs from functional department and supervise the preparation of cost reports and price forms. Implement the customers individual and technical requirements for the production of EV batteries and provide support to customers in product development and manufacturing processes. Assist in communication and docking with internal project managers. o Actively liaise with clients for information, clarifications, site visits, negotiations and feedback. o Proactively support, carry out reviews and checks of proposal work managed by others.,
