- Position Summary Job Description for IoT Engineer As an IoT Engineer, responsible for leading and executing IoT projects from conception to completion. Leveraging your knowledge and skills in the field, you will see the design, development, and implementation of IoT solutions, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving innovation, optimizing processes, and delivering cutting-edge solutions in the rapidly evolving IoT landscape. Key Responsibilities Coordinate Engineering, Procurement, Installation & Commissioning activities Lead and manage IoT projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project deliverables Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and requirements Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; ensure adherence to timelines and budgets throughout the project lifecycle Design IoT architectures, systems, and solutions to meet client needs and technical specifications Implement IoT technologies and platforms, including sensors, gateways, cloud services, and analytics tools Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and impact analyses to mitigate potential project risks and challenges IoT hardware and software development, testing, and integration activities; ensure quality and compliance with industry standards Skills & Qualifications Act as a design and project engineer by reviewing contract requirements, preparing technical queries, and attending project meetings Technical expertise in IoT architectures, protocols, platforms, and technologies including sensors, actuators, RFID, NFC, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, AMQP, MQTT, CoAP, and RESTful APIs Proficiency in IoT development tools and frameworks such as Arduino, PIC, AVR, ARM Cortex, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, etc Experience with embedded systems programming and firmware development using languages such as Python, Node-RED, C, and C++ Familiarity with hardware design rules and PCB layout using tools like CadSoft Eagle or Altium Designer Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and influence stakeholders at all levels Proven ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment; prioritize tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines Requirements Position: IoT Engineer Years of Experience: Internship Program Location: Adyar, Chennai Work Duration: 6 Months (Based on performance Placed) Gender: Male/Female Degree: B.E- EEE/ECE/MECHATRONICS ENGINEERING/DIPLOMO Year of Pass Out: 2023 & 2024 Benefits Paid Time Off Training & Development,
