- Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Manager with a strong background in buying house operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards, working closely with vendors, factories, and internal teams to maintain consistency and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement QA processes and systems to ensure product quality. Conduct inline and final inspections, ensuring adherence to client specifications and quality standards. Work closely with vendors and factories to resolve quality issues and ensure continuous improvement. Review and approve samples, pre-production, and production processes. Monitor and analyze production quality data to identify trends and take corrective actions. Ensure compliance with international quality standards and regulations. Train and mentor QA team members to maintain high-quality performance. Collaborate with merchandising and production teams to ensure seamless workflow and on-time delivery. Qualifications and Skills: 1015 years of QA experience in a buying house environment. Strong knowledge of garment production, textiles, and quality standards. Expertise in AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards and inspection processes. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and QA reporting tools.
