The Role Were seeking a versatile Engineering Manager to lead a high-performance team in building data-driven products that slash time-to-market and empower innovation in credit services. This is a hands-on, mission-critical role where youll own end-to-end product delivery, drive technical decisions, and nurture a team of engineers. What Youll Do Own the delivery of data-centric products, from planning to deployment, ensuring quality and stakeholder alignment. Lead technical innovation with a focus on scalable backend systems (APIs, databases, queues) and data platforms (Airflow, Redshift, Spark). Champion open-source technologies to build robust, cost-effective solutions. Explore and integrate cutting-edge AI tools and LLMs (e.g., LangChain, HuggingFace, vLLM) to push boundaries. Mentor your team, foster ownership, and streamline processes to boost productivity through the SDLC. Who You Are A software engineering pro with 810 years of experience, including 6+ years building backend systems (APIs, databases, queues). Someone whos transitioned into data platform roles, mastering tools like Airflow, Redshift, and Spark in recent years. A fan of open-source tech (think Apache Spark over Databricks, Airflow over SageMaker). Curious about LLMs and AIbonus points for dabbling in LangChain, HuggingFace, or vLLM/TensorRT. A leader with 1+ years of team management, skilled at mentoring and driving projects with Agile principles. Fintech experience Thats a plus. Passion for financial inclusion Even better.
