Job Description

We are seeking a talented and driven Creative and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content across multiple platforms, including social media, web, and email. This position requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, web, and email
• Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia formats
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure all content is on-brand and aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with external vendors to ensure high-quality output and timely delivery of creative assets
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and make recommendations for optimization
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with web analytics and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) is a plus
