We are looking for a Software Tester (QA Engineer) to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications through manual and automated testing. Key Responsibilities:1. Test Planning & Documentation Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Document test results, defects, and performance issues. Collaborate with developers to define testing requirements and improvements. 2. Functional & Usability Testing Conduct manual and automated testing for web & mobile applications. Perform UI/UX and usability testing to ensure smooth user experience. Identify and report usability issues with recommendations. 3. API & Automation Testing Test RESTful APIs using tools like Postman, Newman, or similar frameworks. Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright. Work with CI/CD pipelines for test automation integration. 4. Realtime Application Testing Conduct performance, load, and stress testing for real-time applications. Test WebSockets, live updates, and push notifications in real-time systems. Ensure security and data integrity in financial & trading applications. 5. Bug Reporting & Issue Resolution Identify, report, and track bugs and performance issues. Work closely with developers to debug and resolve issues efficiently. Verify bug fixes and validate system updates. Requirements: Experience: 2-5 years in software testing (manual & automation). Strong understanding of testing methodologies, SDLC, and STLC. Proficiency in API testing tools like Postman, Swagger, or Rest Assured. Experience with automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright. Knowledge of JIRA, TestRail, or other bug tracking tools. Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner (a plus). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
