Job Description Manager/ Associate Manager - Fund Accounting - Private Equity/ Real Assets Afternoon Shift Mumbai - Malad / Airoli Job Specs Assist in resolving breaks and in preparation of cash projections or wires Assist in setting up of the Fund and its investments/AIVs/Partners in the system Leading, mentor a team of fund accountants. Calculate fees and prepare NAV pack Process capital calls and distributions; prepare waterfall file Prepare and issue Partners capital statement (PCAP) Prepare of financial statements (FS) as per US GAAP/IFRS Handling audit / investors queries in timely manner Prepare ad hoc / customized reports for fund or investors Provide training to new joiners ,
