About the Job: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Node.js Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable backend systems. As a Backend developer, you will be building amazing apps to help I-PAC get its feet off the ground as well as improving the current stack of web and mobile apps. You will work closely with front-end developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to build and optimize APIs, microservices, and database interactions. Job Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain scalable and high-performance Node.js backend applications. Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless communication between frontend and backend. Optimize database interactions using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB, ensuring high availability and performance. Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using JWT, OAuth, or other security protocols. Utilize Redis, RabbitMQ, or Kafka for efficient caching and message queuing. Write clean, modular, and reusable code, following best practices and coding standards. Collaborate with front-end teams to ensure smooth API integration. Work on microservices architecture and containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes. Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning to enhance system reliability. Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Node.js and backend development. Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Node.js development. Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and asynchronous programming. Proficiency in designing and developing RESTful APIs and Graph QL services. Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases. Knowledge of authentication and security practices(JWT, OAuth, encryption, role- based access control). Experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms like AWS. Familiarity with message brokers like RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Redis Pub/Sub. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills. Proficient in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Firebase Functions). Knowledge of WebSocket and real-time data processing. Understanding of event-driven architecture and distributed systems. Prior experience working in agile development environments.,
