Job Description
- Job Responsibilities : Lead and supervise a team of maintenance managers, engineers, technicians and contractors. Ensure maintenance procedures are implemented and followed as per statutory and company requirement Analyse and evaluate engineering and design changes, process enhancement and modifications to advise on the engineering impact of these changes, determine operability and ensure appropriate maintenance procedures can be applied Apart from routine day to day maintenance to all plant assets and maintain records/history sheets. Review P&ID#s and participate in HAZOP & HAZID workshops, conduct PSSR, RCA for failures. Preparation assistance in Equipment procurement / Process design change as per requirement of MOC, Failure analysis recommendations or Audit recommendations. Coordinate with vendor and OEM for smooth support and services Work with other operation, drilling, LAQ and security team and showing strong sense of team involvement, information sharing and mutual support. Ensure learning and development, capability building of his team Education Requirement : Graduate engineer Experience Requirement : Minimum 12 - 15 years of relevant experience Oil & gas industry, Refinary Skills & Competencies : Should have knowledge of API,ASTM and OISD standards applicable to Oil and gas industry. Possess excellent analytical and leadership skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and technical report writing capabilities. Possess an excellent knowledge of industry codes and practices, applicable legislation and international standards.,
