Financial Analysis -FPNA
- Provide financial support and analysis for capital projects from initial request through ready for use
- Leads advanced job practices, techniques, and standards.
- Leads new job applications based on professional principles, theories, and concepts. Recognized as a job expert within the company and consultant to top management.
- Develops solutions to problems of unusual complexity that require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation.
- Develops solutions to unique challenges that may serve as precedent for future decisions.
- Initiates assignments under consultative direction toward long-range goals and objectives.
- Makes decisions that affect the financial, employee, or public relations posture of the company. Erroneous decisions or recommendations may result in failure to achieve goals critical to the major objectives of the company.
- 2+ years proven experience in finance, accounting or related field
- Knowledge of fixed asset accounting, leases, capital requirements and budget/cost management
- Ability to manage the financial impacts to cost, quality and schedule from initial project request through ready for use
- Strong knowledge of Accounting principles
- Experience in data collection, entry and reporting with great attention to detail
- Ability to drive performance to plan thorugh KPI development
- Excellent communication skills with a desire to partner and teach
- Proven ability in project management to drive accountability
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
