Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Counsellor located in Dwarka. The Tele Counsellor will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information about our courses, guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, and offering counseling to address any queries. The Tele Counsellor will also be involved in maintaining call logs, follow-up with potential candidates, and supporting the administrative team as needed. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in English and Hindi Strong telephonic etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes Customer service and counseling skills Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Experience in the education or aviation industry is a plus,
