To accelerate our growth, we are hiring an experienced IT Services Sales Manager with expertise in ERP services sales, business development, marketing, and revenue generation, as well as experience in staffing and managed services. This role will be based in Bangalore and will follow a hybrid work model. Job Responsibilities: Drive business development and sales for ERP solutions, IT services, and managed services. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand MJC GlobalTechs footprint in key markets. Identify, engage, and build relationships with CXOs, IT decision-makers, and procurement teams to generate new business opportunities. Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to closing deals and ensuring successful project execution. Work closely with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, events, and content strategies to attract potential clients. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and partnerships to drive revenue growth. Leverage expertise in staffing and managed services to provide customized IT resource solutions to clients. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies. Collaborate with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure successful project implementation and client satisfaction. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in IT services sales and business development, preferably in ERP services (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, MS Dynamics). Proven track record in revenue generation, sales pipeline management, and achieving sales targets. Strong experience in staffing and managed IT services sales. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, IT leaders, and decision-makers. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Hands-on experience with CRM tools, sales analytics, and market research. Experience working in a hybrid work environment (office + remote).
