Job Description
- Student Counseling: Provide one-on-one counseling to students seeking to study abroad, offering advice on program selection, university admissions, and visa processes.
- Program and Institution Guidance: Help students explore and choose study abroad programs, identifying the best fit based on their academic background, career goals, and personal preferences.
- Application Assistance: Assist students with the preparation and submission of application documents, including personal statements, CVs, and letters of recommendation.
- Visa Guidance: Guide students through the visa application process, ensuring that they meet all necessary requirements for their destination country.
- Cultural Preparation: Help students prepare for the cultural aspects of living and studying abroad, including information about the local culture, lifestyle, and practical tips.
- Follow-up Support: Maintain contact with students after their departure to ensure a smooth transition and provide ongoing assistance when needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with partner universities, educational institutions, and other stakeholders to stay updated on program offerings and application procedures.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and progress to ensure a seamless experience for each student.
- Workshops and Seminars: Organize and conduct information sessions, workshops, and webinars on various aspects of studying abroad, including program details, cultural integration, and career development.
- Education: Bachelors degree in any field (preferred)
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in student counseling or guidance in a study abroad consultancy environment.
