Job Description
- Financial Reporting and Accounting: Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) in compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS). Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes. Prepare and review financial statements and reports for senior management and external stakeholders Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards. Team Management and Development: Supervise and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting team. Promote a culture of accountability and high performance within the department. Financial Analysis and Strategic Support: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess the companys performance, identify trends, and support decision-making. Provide financial insight and recommendations to management on strategic initiatives, investments, and cost control. Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs to assess the financial health of the organization. Internal Controls and Risk Management: Develop and enforce internal controls to ensure the accuracy of financial reporting and safeguard company assets. Identify potential financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of financial transactions for audit purposes.,
