Senior Managing Partner (AMPC) Life Insurance

Location: Delhi, Meerut, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Hissar, Varanasi, Kanpur, Jaipur, Bhiwani, Rohtak
Salary: 7 LPA + Reimbursements + Incentives
Experience: 5 to 15 years in Sales
Preferred Background: Life Insurance Candidates

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Manage Business Associates (BA):
  • BAs will be responsible for recruiting agents
  • Achieve insurance sales goals through agent network
• Training & Development:
  • Train and develop agents on a commission basis
  • Ensure agents meet desired performance levels
• Performance Monitoring:
  • Supervise and review the activity plans of all agents
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) with agents and update the Sales Management System
• Agent Motivation & Promotion:
  • Promote and motivate agents to join the Career Progression Program
  • Encourage the use of the Agent Portal & CRM for customer management and cross-selling

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in Sales
